We reviewed a large number of properties nationwide in parallel, and then successfully guided more than 4 branches through the licensing process.
The Challenge
The chain needed to operate nationwide and review many properties at the same time, each in a different local authority and with different planning conditions.
What We Did
We conducted preliminary due diligence on many properties in parallel, so the chain could quickly decide which ones to pursue. We then directed and guided the selected branches through the licensing process.
The Result
More than 4 branches successfully completed the licensing process.
