The Challenge
Exceptionally large branches where everything is produced on-site, almost like a small factory. This scale requires precise planning and compliance with high sanitation requirements.
What We Did
We planned the restaurant and guided the preliminary licensing. Throughout the process we closely tracked food safety and submitted sanitation reports to the Ministry of Health.
The Result
High-production-volume branches planned and built to meet requirements, with an orderly sanitation file with the authority.
