The Challenge
The patisserie produces desserts starting from raw ingredients and also sells them on-site, so it needed to meet both food-service requirements for a manufacturer license and the requirements for a business license.
What We Did
We guided the entire process and ensured compliance with food-service requirements at every stage of production.
The Result
The patisserie received both a manufacturer license and a business license for on-site sales.
