A business received a closure order and could not meet the requirements. After a fresh review, it was reclassified as a cooking workshop and exempted from needing a business license.
The Challenge
A closure order was issued against the business, and it had no practical way to meet the licensing requirements set for it.
What We Did
We re-examined the true nature of the activity. It turned out to be a cooking-workshop business, which does not require a business license.
The Result
The business is exempt from needing a business license. This spared the owner a great deal of bureaucracy and allowed it to keep operating.
